This written Request for Quote (RFQ) is for commercial Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard** (NAICS) 238290**, “Other Building Equipment Contractors” with a size standard in Millions of Dollars - $22M.
Please see the attached SF 1449 and Performance Work Statement for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, unit of measure, Delivery dates, provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement, and other supplemental information to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete the following blocks on page one (1) of SF 1449: 12. Discount Terms; 17a. Contractor/Offeror (CAGE code); and blocks 30a through 30c. solicitation. Provide pricing on page three (3).

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (RFO FAR 52.212-1(d))

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Roll Up Doors Repair Services. Work includes: (1) Door #6 - Conversion from automatic to manual operation: de-energize and remove automatic components, install manual chain hoist, adjust door balance. (2) Door #10 - Motor Operator Replacement: de-energize and remove existing motor, install new motor operator, controls, and safety devices, program and calibrate. (3) Building 3379 - Mauka Side Overhead Door Replacement: demolish and dispose of existing door, install new 12' x 14' heavy-duty commercial-grade overhead coiling door system with guides, headplates, springs, safety features, manual chain hoist, and slide locks. (4) Post-Repair Operational Testing: perform comprehensive operational tests on all three doors. (5) Reporting and Documentation: submit pre-work submittals (Installation Plan & Schedule, Material Submittals) and post-work/closeout submittals (PM Schedule, O&M Manuals, Drawings, Discrepancy Cost Estimate, Warranty Documentation). (6) Warranty: 1-year workmanship warranty and all manufacturer warranties.
