This requirement is for the procurement, delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenance of an
upgraded Fire Station Alerting System (FSAS) to support the 13th Space Warning Squadron Fire
Department (13 SWS/CEF) at Clear Space Force Station (SFS), Alaska, in accordance with the
specifications detailed herein and in the associated Statement of Work (SOW).
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, travel, and all other items necessary to deliver, install, test, and maintain the upgraded Fire Station Alerting System. The work includes seamless integration with existing legacy BRYX equipment, modernization to meet UFC 3-601-02, NFPA 1225, NFPA 1500, and NFPA 1710 standards, full disassembly and environmentally compliant disposal of obsolete legacy equipment, and provision of a five-year limited parts warranty, one-year labor warranty, and a five-year Service & Preventative Maintenance Agreement. The system must provide auditory and visual alerts, digital display boards, and coverage to all required areas of the fire station. Installation includes mounting head-end racks, low-voltage wiring, speakers, and monitors, with no major structural alteration of real property.
