The contractor shall safely load, haul, and legally dispose of an estimated 1,300 cubic yards of concrete/asphalt pavement debris in compliance with all environmental regulations. The work includes providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor; using licensed operators with approved base access; securing loads to prevent spills; and providing disposal receipts or weight tickets as proof of lawful disposal. Performance must be completed within 45 calendar days from award.
