Portable Toilets, Vault Pumpouts Toilets & Septic Tank Pumpouts

The contractor shall furnish all management, portable toilets, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide and maintain portable toilets, pump vault toilets, and septic tanks in Franklin, Benton, and Walla Walla Counties, Washington. Work includes delivering, placing, securing, servicing, and removing portable toilet units (regular and universal access); pumping vault toilets (9 with 1000-gallon capacity and 4 with 2000-gallon capacity); pumping septic tanks at Hood Park (minimum 10,000 gallons), Charbonneau Park (minimum 5,000 gallons), Fishhook Park (minimum 5,000 gallons), Windust Park (minimum 1,500 gallons), and Ice Harbor Pump House (minimum 10,000 up to 11,000 gallons); cleaning and resupplying units weekly; performing maintenance and repairs; and disposing of waste at approved off-site locations.
