Domicillary Mental Health Resident Furniture

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to furnish and install behavioral health furniture at the Fort McPherson VA Clinic. Work includes receiving, delivery, and installation of 59 single platform beds, 59 single mattresses, 2 double XL platform beds, 2 double XL mattresses, 39 desks, 34 dressers, 21 double wardrobes, and 6 single wardrobes. Installation will occur in six phases corresponding to residential wings in Buildings 130 and 131, coordinated by the Interior Designer. The contractor must provide project management, on-site assessment, and final sign-off. Existing furniture removal and disposal are included unless directed by the Government. All work must be completed within 180 days after receipt of award.
