The National Park Service (NPS) Olympic National Park (OLYM) in Clallam County, Washington, has a requirement to make ABAAS improvements and construct family restroom foundations at Fairholme Campground.
The work of this contract consists of constructing:
a.) 12'x12' foundation, floor slab, retaining wall, and apron/sidewalks for Loop A comfort station. Stairs, ABAAS ramp, and handrails on the Loop A comfort station.
b.) 12'x12' foundation, floor slab, and comfort station apron/sidewalks for the Loop B Comfort Station.
c.) Make necessary rough in utility connections for family restroom foundations.
d.) New or improved ABAAS trails connecting sites 3,4,16,45,69 including crosswalk for site 16.
e.) ABAAS improvements to campsites 3,4,16,45,69.
f.) Remove, Repair, and Reinstall signboards at comfort station Loop A and Loop B.
Option Items May include:
a. Construct ABAAS crosswalk and trail connecting campsite 3 to Loop A comfort station trail. Asphalt pave parking areas for campsites 3 and 4.
b. Construct ABAAS crosswalk and trail connecting campsite 69 to Loop B comfort station trail. Asphalt pave parking areas for campsites 45 and 69.
