The vendor shall provide two complete building kits with pre-cut materials for construction of the buildings as shown on the drawings, including all materials for walls (exterior and interior), wall coverings, columns, roof structure, roofing, floor structure and flooring, windows, doors, and all necessary fasteners, adhesives and structural connectors. The exterior walls shall be laminated red cedar timber tongue and groove. The building shall be designed for a roof snow load of 120 psf, basic wind speed of 112 mph, Exposure D, and floor live load of 40 psf. Roofing shall be classic brown 26 gauge standing seam metal. The vendor must also provide building fabrication instructions and drawings, and a one-year warranty on the building and hardware. Delivery is FOB destination to Gustavus, AK, no later than February 28, 2027.
