The contractor must supply all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, and maintenance up to the demarcation points, operating in full compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Programmable Unified Communications (PUC), Department of War (DoW), and Air Force standards.
The contractor must provide, troubleshoot, and maintain comprehensive, continuous (24/7/365) local, long-distance, international, and toll-free telecommunications services for JBER, AK, achieving 99.999% reliability. The contractor must supply all transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and design layout to the designated demarcation points at two Points of Presence, ensure compatibility with the Government's current infrastructure, support an average of 90,000 local and 1,870 long-distance calls monthly, respond to outages within specified priority timeframes, and complete installation and cutover within 90 days of contract award, all in compliance with FCC, PUC, DoW, and Air Force standards.
