The contractor must supply all transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and design layout to the designated demarcation points at two Points of Presence, ensure compatibility with the Government's current infrastructure, support an average of 90,000 local and 1,870 long-distance calls monthly, respond to outages within specified priority timeframes, and complete installation and cutover within 90 days of contract award, all in compliance with FCC, PUC, DoW, and Air Force standards.
