Rocky Mountain Construction IDIQ

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform general construction services including commercial office build-outs, renovations, and repairs; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades or replacements; fire suppression system modifications; sitework; exterior envelope repairs including roofing and facades; demolition and hazardous material abatement; elevator modernization; and other construction requirements. Work will be performed at various federally-owned and leased facilities including courthouses, federal office buildings, land ports of entry, parking lots, canopies, gates and fencing, plazas, courtyards, garages, and pedestrian and vehicle traffic appurtenances. The contract may also require design-build services and design capability in the form of drawings or sketches.
