Award will be made to the offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation requirements, has acceptable past performance, and offers the lowest evaluated price.
Items must be delivered 120 calendar days after date of award.

The contractor must furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to supply and deliver one Megger Primary Injection Test Kit, including the SPI500 power cord, SPI500 booster, lead set, Smart Touch View Interface, transport case, cable set, power cord, parallel bars, and lead cable, delivered within 120 calendar days of award to the Nickajack Lock facility in Jasper, TN. Installation and testing will be performed by USACE personnel.
