The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary to transport laboratory specimens between the Holloman Medical Group at Holloman AFB, New Mexico and the William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, EL Paso Texas, approximately 85 miles each way which includes the clinics and departments located in close vicinity of the medical centers. The contractor shall have one scheduled daily run Monday through Friday, with standard pick-up times between 1400-1630 MST Monday-Thursday and 1600-1630 MST Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor must also provide a backup plan for employee absence, vehicle breakdowns, accidents or other potential situations.
