The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the supply of drug field test kits for Colombia.
All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached PR16153069_RFQ on August 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to Arizak@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3.
Note: The vendors are allowed to submit quotes with the items they currently have available
The contractor must supply and deliver drug field test kits including Cocaine ID Swipes, Special Opiates Reagent, Methamphetamine/MDMA Reagent, Fentanyl Reagent, Scott Reagent, Narcan Nasal spray, BTNX Rapid Response Single Drug Test Strips, and Nitrile gloves. Items 6 and 7 require valid INVIMA registration in Colombia. Delivery is to the INL freight forwarder in Miami, FL (for US vendors) or to BODEGA INL in Bogota (for local vendors). The contractor must consolidate the entire shipment, provide all necessary export approvals and paperwork, and ensure a warranty of at least one year.
