The government requires commercial of-the-shelf (COTS) centimeter-level accuracy/survey-grade GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receivers and integrated operational software/firmware. See attached purchase description for more details.
The vendor shall provide one base GNSS receiver (CLIN 0001) and, if the option is exercised, one additional identical receiver (CLIN 0002), each with internal battery, power supply, USB cable, and carrying case. The receivers must simultaneously track GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, achieve centimeter-level accuracy without recurring subscription fees, operate under moderate tree canopy, and be factory-calibrated with a calibration certificate. Delivery is FOB Destination within 30 days ARO. The vendor must provide a minimum 12-month OEM warranty on all hardware, battery packs, and firmware.
