The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide, install, de-install, transport, in-service, and test all specified equipment in SOW. All products must meet salient characteristics and functions defined in this section. Requested supply standards and parameters are detailed in the statement of work attached.
This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.

The contractor shall provide, install, de-install, transport, in-service, and test one (1) Pro 20-20 Combination Oven (brand name or equal to Model No. CTP20-20G / Pro 20-20 (E/G)) and one (1) water filtration system (KleenSteam II Twin System) for the Nutrition and Food Service department at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) located at 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. The contractor must furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required for delivery and installation, including all missing parts and components. The work includes uninstalling current equipment, installing new equipment, verifying and testing all equipment, providing on-site training, and complying with infection control, dust and debris containment, and protection of adjacent food preparation areas. Delivery must be within 45 days post-award, and the contractor must provide a one-year extended warranty on top of the standard warranty.
