The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for the replacement of a security gate and the repair of another on Scott Air Force Base.
Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0019" for full details regarding this requirement. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure, Site Visit Instructions, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair one front vehicle security gate system (CLIN 0001) and completely replace one rear vehicle security gate system (CLIN 0002) at the POL Facility, Building 5036, Scott Air Force Base. For the front gate, the contractor shall furnish and install gate roller covers, universal radio receiver, associated remote transmitters, drive belts, #40 drive chain, and safety photo eyes. For the rear gate, the contractor shall remove and dispose of existing swing gate operators, form and pour reinforced concrete equipment pads, and furnish and install two new commercial-duty swing gate operators (basis of design LiftMaster CSW24UL or equivalent) with all associated safety and access control components.
