The following is a requirement for UTVs supporting the Bureau of Land Management offices within Colorado and New Mexico. The procurement includes trade-in /disposal of used UTVs and the purchase of a UTV Trailer. All items shall be priced inclusive of delivery, FOB Destination per FAR 52.247-34. Payment shall be made through IPP.gov.
Delivery address is defined at the line-item level. Please view attachment. The government may make multiple awards from this RFQ if it is determined to be advantageous to the government.
Any mention to brand name should be considered on a "or equal" basis. All title, registration, and other applicable documents are due within 10 working days of the delivery dates unless alternative dates are proposed and approved.
The contractor must supply a Can-Am Defender Max DPS HD9 (no trade-in), a Polaris Ranger SP 570 Premium (with trade-in of one UTV), a Polaris RZR Trail Sport two-seater (with trade-in of one UTV), a 6-wheel fire UTV (no trade-in), and a deckover dump trailer (with trade-in of a 2002 trailer). All items must meet or exceed specified technical requirements. The contractor is responsible for transporting trade-in vehicles from government facilities to their own facility, coordinating travel between multiple delivery sites, and delivering FOB Destination to the specified BLM offices in Colorado and New Mexico. All title, registration, and other applicable documents are due within 10 working days of delivery.
