The contractor shall provide all staffing, equipment and materials necessary for the development, design, and delivery of die cast image samples, physical die cast samples, and finished coin quantities for base year CLINs 0001-0004 and option year CLINs 1001-8002. The coins must be die struck brass with specified enameling and finishes, and meeting the Berry Amendment and Buy America Act. The contractor must deliver a die cast image within 10 calendar days after award, a physical die cast coin sample within 24 calendar days after government approval of the die cast image, and finished coins within 30 calendar days after government approval of the physical die cast sample. Delivery addresses are the Joint Staff Comptroller (FMB) in Washington, DC 20318.
