See attached 3-page Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for a mobile, modular, multi-person, height-adjustable maintenance platform to support daily maintenance of Light Utility Helicopter LUH-72A Lakota rotor aircraft in Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) hangar for Delaware Army National Guard (DE ARNG).
The contractor must provide one maintenance platform that enhances safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency for Army aviation personnel. The platform must be constructed of high-strength, lightweight structural aluminum, have a minimum distributed load of 1,000 pounds, a non-slip work surface, corrosion-resistant finish, heavy-duty 360-degree swivel casters with brakes and swivel locks, and weigh no more than 1,200 lbs. It must feature manual height adjustment with a vertical travel range of approximately 24 inches, OSHA-compliant guardrails with quick-attach/detach mechanism, self-closing safety gate, rotating and extendable outriggers, and approximate platform dimensions of 86 to 88-inch length and 28-inch width. The solution must comply with OSHA 29 CFR §1910 Subpart D and the Buy American Act. Delivery, inspection, and acceptance are at DE ARNG AASF, 33 Corporate Circle, New Castle DE 19720.
