The 171st Air Refueling Wing intends to solicit quotes for the purchase, delivery, and installation of three (3) 20,000 lb. capacity, two-post vehicle lifts with extended flex, double telescopic arms. Installation & Training Requirements:

  • Site Walk-Through: Prior to installation, a mandatory walk-through with the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) must be scheduled to review utility requirements.

  • Installation: Vendor is responsible for all shipping, delivery, and installation work, including minor facility repairs and reworking existing utilities (electrical wiring, compressed air, control wiring) in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes.

  • Startup & Training: The contractor must perform a startup/test of the new equipment and provide on-site training on equipment operation and maintenance.

Award Procedures & Anticipated Award Date

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement. Since this action is estimated to be greater than $25,000 but not greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Government will utilize simplified procedures under FAR Part 12 to directly/orally solicit quotations from at least three sources following the publication of this notice.

Anticipated Award Date: 30 September 2026
