Metrohm Instruments Maintenance
The contractor shall provide full maintenance and software support for five Metrohm 940 Professional IC Vario ion chromatographs, five 858 Professional Sample Processors, and three 941 Eluent Production Modules. Services include all labor, testing equipment, travel expenses, parts, firmware and software revisions. Preventative maintenance shall be performed twice per year on-site at the NWQL facilities in Building 95 on the Denver Federal Center. On-site emergency repairs must be completed within three working days, and non-emergency repairs within four working days. The contractor must provide telephone troubleshooting support Monday through Friday 6:00 am-6:00 pm local time. All repairs must be performed by a certified, factory trained technician. The contractor must submit a Contingency Plan within seven days of award for repairs that cannot be completed within five working days.
