The contractor shall furnish one pre-configured robotic system consisting of four robotic arms (two leader arms with grippers and two follower arms, each with minimum six degrees of freedom), one high-performance control workstation with a dedicated GPU of at least 30 GB VRAM, and all necessary software, drivers, and SDKs. The system must be compatible with ROS2 Humble or Jazzy and support open-source bimanual manipulation frameworks. Delivery is FOB Destination to NIST Gaithersburg, MD within 30 days ARO. The contractor must provide hardware documentation, operator manual, and ensure system integration is complete and operational upon delivery. The system must comply with IPv6, secure software development, AI management, and supply chain risk management requirements.
