The contractor must install 19 new 120V duplex electrical outlets: one wall outlet in Room 125, one wall outlet in Room 128, three wall outlets in Room 140, one floor-mounted outlet in each of Seminar rooms 1-4, and ten floor-mounted outlets in the Lecture Hall. Work includes providing conduit, wiring, junction boxes, mounting hardware, tying into existing circuits or installing new circuits, labeling circuits, updating panel schedules, patching and painting wall penetrations, patching concrete floors and reinstalling carpet squares, and removing debris. All work must comply with NEC and local codes, and be completed within 30 days during hours of 0630-1730 Monday through Friday.
