**Solicitation Notice: **Enterprise Skills Assessment Platform

The Contractor shall provide the platform, including all necessary licenses, technical support, and reporting to meet the performance standards outlined herein. The scope includes platform provisioning, user onboarding, role-based skills assessment, data analytics, and ongoing technical support for 500 users.

Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP shall be for one Base Year of 12 months

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 RFO. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business.

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to Tuesday, July 21, 2026 no later than 15:00 (3:00 PM) EDT and change the POP from 15 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.All questions and responses will remain closed. Point of contacts for submission are listed above.

21 JULY 2026: H92421-26-Q-E036-0002 AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION

The purpose of this Amendment is to formally incorporate FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting), update Sections L and M to establish proposal submission requirements, and extend the solicitation due date to Friday, July 24, 2026, no later than 17:00 (5:00 PM) EDT. The Period of Performance (POP) remains unchanged with an end date of 31 July 2026, and the question-and-answer window remains closed. Please submit your proposals to the points of contact listed above and ensure you sign and return both SF 30 amendments as an acknowledgment of receipt.
