This action will be executed under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) Restricting Competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). The government intents to request quotes from one source based on the following rationale. Lyle Machinery Co. is the closest Link Belt authorized dealer capable of performing the required work by authorized personnel with OEM parts to be able to maintain operational certification on the Link Belt 348.
The branch located in Columbus, MS will deliver and install all parts needed to fix said crane. Lyle Machinery Co is a Small Business under NAICS 334519.
