The contractor must furnish four Vantage V9 Series Active Electric Extended Cab Trucks, each with a bedliner and a flip-up toolbox, for delivery to the Asheville VAMC. The trucks must be battery-powered with lithium-ion batteries, seat 3 or more technicians, have a 25 mph top speed, and a minimum load capacity of 2,000 lbs. The truck bed must have a minimum width of 64 inches. The contractor must also provide a bedliner and a toolbox minimum 48 inches long.
