The contractor shall provide four multi-channel time interval meters meeting detailed specifications including at least 15 independent input channels, 50 Ohm impedance, DC-coupling, single-shot measurement resolution or jitter < 20 ps, maximum range for time-interval > 1 s, acceptance of a 10 MHz frequency reference input, power input accepting 120V or 208V AC at 60 Hz, Ethernet or USB digital/data interface, and compatibility with EIA standard 19-inch equipment rack. Delivery includes shipping FOB Destination: quantity 2 to 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305 and quantity 2 to 100 Bureau Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20899. The contractor must also provide installation and training, and the government will conduct acceptance testing within 7 business days.
