Demolish existing wood barn doors and metal track, including hardware attaching track to wall, and cut and grind smooth bolts in the concrete slab. Provide and install an overhead coiling door with interlocking slats, complete with anchoring, hardware, guides, hood, and manual chain-hoist operator. The door must be spring counterbalanced, designed for exterior use, and withstand wind loading of at least 50 psf. The existing masonry opening is approximately 8'-0" W x 10'-0" H. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days after award.
