The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to rehabilitate the Trojan UV3000 Plus system. Work includes replacing 126 UV3000+ Integra modules (8 lamps, 4-inch spacing), 6 sensor modules, 3 hydraulic oil, 6 ActiClean gel, 9 food grade grease, 6 HSC to PDC hoses, 1 ActiClean injector, 2 CCB boards, 2 level assemblies, 1 SCC controls upgrade, 1 HSC controls upgrade, and installation/service. The Contractor must deliver preassembled, prewired, factory-tested modules, remove and dispose of existing modules and hazardous waste (UV lamps, ballasts), and provide Trojan-certified onsite service for 5 days including installation, controls programming, startup, commissioning, functional testing, operator training, and warranty support. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, and work is performed at NIWTP, 865 E. Frontage Road, Rio Rico, AZ 85648.
