Procurement of an Open Radio Access Network System
The contractor shall provide one turnkey ORAN system consisting of CU software, DU software, CU and DU hardware platforms, Radio Unit software/firmware, Radio Unit hardware, timing and synchronization system, integration with the existing Government 5G Core, two commercial 5G user equipment devices, ten programmable SIM cards, installation, configuration, testing, training, warranty, and maintenance support. The system must support 3GPP Release 16, O-RAN 1.0, Split 7.2 architecture, and achieve at least 700 Mbps downlink and 40 Mbps uplink throughput during acceptance testing. Delivery, installation, and training shall be completed within 90 days after award.
