The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, services, transportation, and equipment necessary to identify, remove, and properly dispose of abandoned vehicles in the Yuma Field Office Management Area located in La Paz County, Arizona. Vehicle towing shall be the primary service under this contract. Secondary responsibilities include the removal and disposal of household garbage onsite. The Contractor shall not damage the area when removing vehicle(s) and shall make every effort to repair or remove any spilled fluids or trash resulting from removal of vehicle(s). The Contractor will be liable for any damage(s) incurred resulting from removal of vehicles including, but not limited to, damage to trees, roads, and existing wildlife habitats. Collection, recycling, disassembly, and disposal of all items shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
