The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the HVAC Replacement at the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office Mobile, AL, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The contractor must submit Payment & Performance Bonds and Liability Insurance within 10 days after award, and comply with all applicable OSHA safety requirements, Davis-Bacon wage rates, and weekly certified payroll reporting.
