This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

The contractor shall perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA) operations, and custodial services at the Memphis NSA Commissary located at 7428 Sample Drive, Millington, TN. Shelf stocking includes cleaning and dusting, stocking merchandise to the nearest full case, rotating stock, fronting and facing, and removing expired items. RSHA operations include offloading trucks, transporting merchandise, segregating merchandise, storing merchandise, pulling merchandise, and managing the warehouse. Custodial services include day and night custodial tasks such as floor maintenance, restroom cleaning, glass and window cleaning, and snow and ice removal. The contract includes a base period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, and four one-year option periods.
