This is a requirement for a highly specialized, turn-key recruiting and athletic pre-screening service designed to target elite candidate pools for the TACP/ASOS pipelines. To maximize efficiency and reduce administrative burden, the government requires a comprehensive commercial solution that combines targeted marketing, comprehensive liability coverage, and fully managed, turn-key event execution.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to host and manage a single Special Warfare Recruiting Event. Tasks include: conducting a highly targeted social media campaign a minimum of 2 months before the event, achieving at least 1 million social-media impressions and 150-250 qualified leads; coordinating the event venue (including securing a local pool and outdoor ruck/hike location within a 20-mile radius of Gowen Field); providing on-site medical support with certified lifeguard(s) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs); furnishing all participant training equipment, facility rentals, and athlete transportation; pre-screening all registrants (age-16+, 50-state U.S. citizens); guaranteeing 20-20 fully vetted pre-screened registrants; and ensuring an on-site guest speaker ( e.g., a Silver Star recipient) and three 20-minute Air Force Recruiter presentation blocks. The event will consist of a single 12-14-hour intensive workout day with 1 pre-event development day and 1 post-event development day.
