This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W91ZRU-26-Q-A022 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quantities
may be an ALL or SOME award.
This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North
American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this
procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:
Qty 1 - Custom Eckel Sound Room CL-M8 LP2 8 station single wall audiometric booth
Qty 7 - CCA-200 Mini Audiometer Benson Medical CCA-200mini Expansion Audiometer,
Qty 1 - CCA-200 Mini Audiometer,
Qty 8 BAS-200 Bio-Acoustic Simulator
and all-inclusive pricing.
ALL ITEMS BRAND NAME ONLY, FOB Destination

The contractor must provide a custom Eckel Sound Room CL-M8 LP2 8 station single wall audiometric booth, 7 CCA-200 Mini Audiometer Benson Medical CCA-200mini Expansion Audiometers, 1 CCA-200 Mini Audiometer, 8 BAS-200 Bio-Acoustic Simulators, installation of the sound room and equipment, Sound Room Ambient Noise Certification, and freight. All items are brand name only, FOB Destination, and must be delivered to JBER, AK.
