The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to renovate two joined kitchens. Work includes demolition of existing cabinets, partitions, accordion shutters, doors, radiators, and baseboards; masonry repairs and new partition construction; plumbing for new radiators, dishwasher, sink, and washer; electrical wiring for switches, light fixtures, and outlets; installation of kitchen cabinets (model Breval Sable Mat from Howdens or equal), countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and closets; and painting of ceilings and walls.
