The work includes renovation of family suites and sleeping rooms on the 1st floor of Building 3673, including demolition, asbestos remediation, installation of new doors and frames, finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring and paint, and plumbing fixtures. The building will remain occupied during construction, and the contractor must coordinate with the NMCI contractor towards the end of construction.
