This is a small business set aside for Fiber Optic Newtowrk Rebuild. Please see attached documents.
The contractor must run approximately 18 km of armored, jacketed SMF optic cable with at least 432 fibers (216 pairs) buried underground via directional boring or open trench, install 2-inch HDPE conduit and tracer wire, remove old fiber, terminate fiber within buildings using precision fusion splicing, install and test networking equipment (Cisco pass through switches, 200G/25G optics), install CAT 6A cabling to workstations, and produce as-built drawings. The work is divided into five main phases: Network Design and Engineering, Identify/Procure Equipment, Construction, Networking Equipment Install, and Project Closeout. The contractor will work closely with the ITS Technical Point of Contact.
