SCOPE

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain brand name or equal photography components and delivery services to fulfill the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Louisville Regional Benefits Office at 321 W Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
The Contractor shall provide photography components, and associated items to meet minimum requirements. Awarded vendor shall provide brand name or equal products as described in the attached solicitation price list.
Contractors will fill out the attached price list and list the products they are quoting.

Brand Name or Equal
The items listed within the solicitation are brand name or equal products. The purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government s needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation.
If proposing an equal brand name manufacturer must:
(1) Meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation;
(2) Clearly identify the item by-
(i) Brand name, if any; and
(ii) Make or model number;
(3) Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The delivery of all photography components shall be within 30 days after contract award. All deliveries to be performed during normal working hours (8:00am - 5:00pm EST); all shipping and handling charges shall be paid by the offeror. Responsibility and liability for loss or damage shall remain with offeror until final inspection and acceptance by VBA.

STANDARD COMPONENTS: Unless superseded by parts description specifications, goods shall include all components and accessories listed by the manufacturer as standard.
