The contractor shall furnish all required parts, supplies, warranties, and labor necessary to install a complete water softener system in building 150. Work includes a new 24x72 water softener with brine salt tank, 3-inch water main installation, 3-inch H-bypass, 3-inch pressure regulator, copper parts and pipe, drain line installation, testing for leaks, and ensuring proper operation. The contractor must also provide a standard commercial warranty against product defects and defects and a one-year warranty on labor and other parts. The project has a 90-calendar-day completion from Notice to Proceed.
