Acquisition of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) for U.S. Embassy Quito, Ecuador

The contractor must manufacture and deliver three Group-3 VTOL fixed-wing unmanned aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing capability, ground control stations, payload sensors (including EO/IR and Wide Area Search), consumables, and spare parts. The contractor shall install and integrate sensor payloads, SATCOM/GPS navigation equipment, and wide area search capabilities. The contractor must conduct flight trials at their facilities and in Ecuador, provide comprehensive training in Spanish for 12 Ecuadorian Navy personnel as both pilots and maintainers, and deliver all equipment to the ECUNAV/COGUAR Squadron at Eloy Alfaro International Airport in Manta, Ecuador within 180 calendar days. The contractor must also provide a one-year warranty, all documentation in English and Spanish, and comply with NDAA and FAR requirements regarding UAS procurement.
