The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the supply of Tactical ground support equipment for Colombia.

No quotations will be accepted after this time.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
**To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3. **
The contractor must supply, manufacture, transport, and deliver one 5,000-gallon collapsible tank/bladder and one FARE structure, both fully functional and ready to be connected and used at the INL warehouse in Bogota, Colombia. The tank/bladder must be made of high-strength flexible material, certified for fuel storage, and include a maintenance kit. The FARE structure must include a stainless steel frame, centrifugal pump, filter housings, flow meter, and other specified components. The contractor is responsible for offloading each element in fully operational condition at the INL warehouse and replacing any lost or damaged items during shipment. Partial deliveries are allowed.
