This requirement is for a LowCam® VI150 Under‑Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS). Malmstrom Air Force Base currently operates this model, and the replacement unit must be the same brand to ensure full compatibility with the existing system. The new UVIS will replace a second VI150 unit that was damaged beyond repair and must be installed and configured in accordance with the Statement of Work to restore full operational capability.

The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and parts necessary to install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot a permanent under-vehicle camera system at the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station on Malmstrom AFB. The system must be installed flush with the ground, provide HD imaging with multiple playback windows, license plate recognition, magnetic field sensors, and at least 500GB storage. The contractor must provide a three-year warranty/maintenance plan, initial training, a test and certification plan, and all required technical documentation. The period of performance is 120 days from award.
