This posted announcement is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation of a proposed contract action in accordance with RFO Subpart 5.2.

The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Leavenworth issues an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a requirements‑type contract (RFO FAR Subpart 16.503, Requirements Contracts) for the acquisition of thirteen (13) ELKAY bottle filling stations (or an approved equal meeting or exceeding specified performance characteristics) and associated professional plumbing services for installation in existing water fountains supporting the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel and Logistics (DCSPL) at the Presidio of Monterey, California. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the work, including the delivery and installation of thirteen (13) ELKAY water bottle fillers as detailed in the Scope of Work. The Contractor is also responsible for the removal and disposal of all non‑essential plumbing materials generated during the project, as further defined in the Scope of Work.
