The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 5 each of a Valve, Fuel System (NSN 2915-00-626-3123OJ, PN 6814762) per drawing 6J15-3-38-13. The item combines the output from two fuel pumps on a turboprop engine during engine start. The material includes High Density Polyethylene, aluminum, steel, and chromium. The item is a Critical Safety Item and requires new manufacture; surplus is not authorized. Delivery is F.O.B. Origin, with inspection and acceptance at origin. The contractor must comply with higher-level contract quality requirements (ISO 9001, AS 9100, NATO AQAP 2070) and IUID marking is required. The contractor must also comply with the Manufacture Qualification Requirements (MQR-PSD-1 Rev 2) for Propulsion Critical Safety Items.
