Attachment 0001 - RIPD E4000-26-3-27 CNC Grinders must be filled out with "comply" or "non-comply" and submitted with quote to be considered for award.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) Okamoto model OGM-12.36UNCIII Universal CNC Cylindrical Grinder (CNC OD Grinder) and one (1) Okamoto model IGM-15NCIII/2B Precision Internal Grinder, Twin-Spindle, Boxer-Style CNC Grinder (CNC Twin Spindle ID Grinder), with an option for a second CNC OD Grinder. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for complete installation, set-up, and start-up, including providing lubricants, coolants, anchoring mechanisms, and any decking or rail systems. The contractor must provide installation and preparation documentation (including footprint drawing, foundation drawing, installation drawing, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/water piping schematics, equipment identification), maintenance manuals (safety lockout procedure, preventive maintenance procedure), operator manuals, and environmental compliance data (SDS sheets, chemical list). The contractor shall provide operator training for 5 personnel, maintenance training for 2 personnel, and methods training for 4 personnel at the Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor must have a verifiable service/repair capability with on-site response within 48 hours and stock spare parts.
