The contractor shall provide all equipment, qualified technical labor, installation tools, materials, and expertise necessary to deliver a turnkey A/V solution for the 2nd Marine Division G-6. Work includes installing an auditorium 30,000 lumens 3LCD projector, new screen, DSP, line array speakers, and NVX encoder/decoder; installing Samsung government-rated 4K flat panel displays, Crestron control system, and touch screens in the Division Conference Room; installing SIPR/NIPR VTC capabilities and touchscreen control panel in the Executive Conference Room; performing on-site installation engineering, control system and DSP programming, and project management; and providing a three-year service agreement with 24x7 helpdesk, part repair/replacement, software updates, on-site technician dispatch, and annual preventative maintenance. The place of performance is Camp Lejeune, NC, within the 2nd Marine Division Headquarters, Building H1. Period of performance is 30 days after receipt of order.
