The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for F-35 Mini-Static Display Models as outlined in this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 339999 with size standard 550 employees.

Quotes must be in written form addressing all factors in the 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, of this solicitation. Please send all quotes by electronic email to the POCs listed below NO LATER THAN 23 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Vendors will also reference the solicitation number when submitting a quote. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, tooling, molds, facilities, and transportation to design and fabricate a reusable production mold, fabricate three (3) scale replica F-35A models using high-durability composite and steel internal framing, design and fabricate three (3) removable powder-coated mounting pedestals with base plates, apply outdoor-grade industrial finishes and VTANG insignia, and package, transport, and deliver all three completed assemblies to VTANG facilities in South Burlington, VT. The models must be scaled to a minimum of 1:10 proportionally, with minimum wingspan 3.5 ft, overall length 5.14 ft, and overall height 2.0 ft. The contractor must provide a PE-stamped structural calculation package for 115% design loads, and the mold must be reusable for future orders.
