J041--LCHCC Chiller Valve Replacement

Amendment 0001 is issued to Solicitation 36C24826Q0967 LCHCC Chiller Valve Replacement.
This amendment accomplishes the following:

1. Establishes a voluntary site visit for interested offerors.
   Date: July 31, 2026
   Time: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM EDT
   Location: Lee County Healthcare Center, 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909 (Main Entrance)
   Registration: Offerors must register no later than July 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT by emailing Lakiesha.Anderson@va.gov with the names of all attendees.
   Security Requirements: All attendees must check in with VA Police upon arrival and present a valid government-issued photo identification. Attendees may be escorted in sensitive areas of the facility.
   Questions: Questions raised during the site visit will not be answered verbally. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Government responses will be issued by formal solicitation amendment and posted to SAM.gov.
2. Provides Government responses to vendor questions. See Attachment C Vendor Questions and Government Responses for the complete list of questions and responses.
3. Extends the quotation due date from July 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT to August 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT.
4. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Offerors are responsible for reviewing this amendment and all attachments in their entirety and acknowledging receipt of this amendment with their quotation.
