manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and
professional appearance on clinic grounds located off installation. Please See Attachments for Instructions, and evaluation criteria.
The contractor shall provide monthly non-personal services, including all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance at the 377th Medical Group, Kirtland AFB. Services include pruning shrubs and trees (standard pruning up to 10 feet, branches under 3 inches), edging, weed control, native turf and shrub management, gravel area maintenance, weekly property clean-up (trash, tumbleweeds, leaves), and hazardous material management. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
