The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for EXPLOITATION LABORATORY TOOLS for Colombia.
All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16101436 no later than August 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
The contractor must supply and deliver a wide range of laboratory tools and components, including screws, terminals, connectors, cables, soldering equipment, power supplies, test and measurement instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers), hand tools, and bench equipment. The items must be new, in original packaging, and delivered within 60 days after receipt of order. The contractor is responsible for delivery to the specified location (either Goldbelt in Miami, FL for US vendors, or BODEGA INL in Bogota for local vendors), including all shipping and handling charges. The items will be donated to the Government of Colombia. The contractor must provide a minimum 12-month warranty with support in Colombia.
